![]() ![]() I expected so much more from a Hampton Inn. We stayed 3 nights and will not be staying again in the future. The staff was friendly and the location of the hotel was great. You only had the shower door handle and that is not built to hold weight. No bar or ledge to hold onto when sitting down or standing up from the toilet. The toilet paper holder was placed in the most awkward spot under your left arm. Lakehouse inn pa free#Why have a desk light then? The hands free check in for room cards didn't work. You couldn't use the desk lamp without having the hall light on at the same time. You were either cold and muggy or warm and muggy. It was too high for my husband to reach to adjust and when I tried to adjust it, the dial just spun. The beautiful looking shower had pitiful water pressure and the shower head was the cheapest you could buy. We ended up going out to eat which made the room rate even less of a deal. ![]() ![]() For the price we paid, we didn't get a great experience. Since this is a fairly new place, we expected an even nicer experience. We've always had good luck with Hampton Inns. I was unable to get picture to upload.ġ3.16km from The Spa at The Lakehouse Inn We came up for our 40th anniversary weekend. I can’t even imagine the last time it was cleaned. ![]() What I did find TOTALLY unacceptable was the inch of dust and debris on the Keurig machine. I realize there are staff shortages so I took that into consideration. Our balcony had dirt in the corners and I noticed the railings in the open stairwell in the lobby needed dusting. The reason I could not give 5* was the Con: could not get Wi-Fi to work. Looks like it would be a popping place during the summer on the lake and we would like to go back. It was also off season so most of the town was shut down. Unfortunately we spent the night there as a stop over on our trip so we were not able to take advantage of all that the facility offered. Lakehouse inn pa zip#Also the canopy tours were right on the grounds that had zip lines all over as well as swan paddle boats available and wine shuttles for additional fee. There was a great walking path around the grounds and bikes were available for use. In addition to the hotel there are cottages that would be perfect for families. The Hostess and waitress were both very friendly. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant horizon which was very nice and reasonably priced. The hotel had an awesome pool area with playground for kids, life size chess board and bocci court. The rooms were nice average hotel room with a mini refrigerator. We had a balcony room which had a lake view room. They made my job pretty easy looking so happy and in love.0.33km from The Spa at The Lakehouse Inn Very nice lodging in a small but cute town on Lake Erie. Since Jenn and Zack opted not to see each other before the wedding we only had about 40 minutes before sunset to get in as many portraits as possible. Love this shot by my second shooter Erik. Jenn and her dad waiting to walk down the aisle. I know Zack and all the groomsmen will love this shot of the pergola after all the went through to assemble it □ Lakehouse inn pa windows#It had giant windows in every direction – a photographers dream! I love Jenn’s amazing dress – the lace detail was amazing.Ī few quick portraits of Jenn before heading to the ceremony. The day began in one of the rooms at the Inn where Jenn got ready after the replacement Windows. I absolutely loved the venue Jenn and Zack chose for their wedding: The Lake House Inn. There is something really exciting about walking into a location without any expectations. I am always thrilled to shoot a wedding at a location I’ve never been to before. ![]()
